Cara DeGaish is a Lebanese-American, Texas-based performing artist from Corpus Christi, Texas.

She grew up watching The Sound of Music every week of the summer in her Siti's living room amidst making Syrian Bread and has been infatuated with theatre ever since. 

​

Cara recently graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Sam Houston State University. 

​

When she's not auditioning or performing, you can find Cara behind a camera or a coffee shop counter (yes, she's a barista). She finds inspiration in her faith, and other creative outlets like writing and media, as well as spending lots of time in the kitchen.

Cara is the creator of "In My Siti Era" a blog about growing up, food culture, and turning into her grandmother. She also has a background in videography/photography.
